We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager to join our friendly team.

What You'll Be Doing

As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in all aspects of the business, including:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the pub
  • Leading shifts and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Preparing staff rotas
  • Stock control, stock takes and ordering supplies
  • Assisting with purchasing and supplier relationships
  • Helping organise and deliver events and functions
  • Working behind the bar and on the floor when required
  • Opening and closing the premises
