The Role This is primarily a corporate role, advising businesses on matters including: Buying and selling companies Business acquisitions and disposals Shareholders' agreements Articles of association Company restructures and reorganisations Investment transactions Corporate governance General company law advice Many of our clients also rely on us for day-to-day commercial support, as well as corporate work.
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts would therefore be advantageous, but it isn't essential.
More important is your willingness to understand our clients' businesses and become a trusted adviser they can rely on.
