Position: Domestic Gas Boilers & Heat Pump Sales Estimator £55k with a bonus + hybrid working, 3 days office 2 days home.

Company: Large National M&E provider with a national team of domestic heating service engineers and Sales Estimators.

Location: Warrington (office based and work from home).

Industry: Domestic Heating, Renewables, Air Source Heat Pumps, Ground Source Heat Pumps, plumbing and unvented hot water, Domestic Gas Boilers.

Desired Experience: Heating service engineer, service manager, fault find and fix, Planned Preventative Maintenance, Industry Qualifications, Manufacturer Training Courses, Costing / Pricing of Domestic Heating Repair, either component part replacement or complete boiler or ASHP replacement.

The Role: A leading national mechanical engineering provider seeks an experienced Domestic Heating Engineer or Heating Technician to add to their gas boiler and renewable domestic heating division. The successful candidate will oversee and support their regional team of service engineers on any advanced gas boiler and heat pump technical queries or problems they may have, primarily unvented hot water, hot water cylinders, heating controls, air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps. Furthermore, you will price and quote jobs that might be heating system repair with component spare part replacement or full new gas boiler and air source heat pump replacement. This is a home and 3 day office based role with over 5 other Sales Estimators.

Experience Required: You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing, fault find and fix on domestic heating systems ideally, heat pumps or gas boiler heating systems. You will ideally be able to read S & Y Plans, diagrams and schematics to specify and price gas boiler and ASHP domestic heating systems effectively. As this is office and home based you must be IT literate and have excellent organisational and communication skills in order to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced team environment. Qualifications that are of benefit would be city and guilds refrigeration, air-conditioning and heat pump systems, level 3 plumbing, FGAS, G3 unvented hot water and 18th edition electrical wiring. Furthermore, if you have had specific heat pump manufacturer training whether install or service then this would also be of great interest.

The Company: This is a long established company that prides itself on having excellent company morale and career development. The company is one of the largest M&E providers nationally and due to growth of the company they are looking to add to their ever-expanding heating service team. They have a national team of Sales Estimators and Technical Service Support specialists each overseeing a regional team of heating service engineers and they have extensive experience either hands on and/or through qualifications to ensure their heating service engineers get the very best advice on fault finding and fix jobs and the appropriate pricing of repair or replace or domestic heating systems using gas boilers or air source heat pumps.

The Package: Starting salary is from £45,000 up to £55,000 with a bonus, however it is flexible depending on the experience of the candidate. Also a generous amount of holiday, increasing after each year of service (up to 27 days + bank holidays), healthcare, up to 11% employer pension contribution, dental, mobile and laptop.
