Candidate – 2 to 10 years sales experience selling a product B2B, used to running an area / patch in a field sales new business role. Team player, natural rapport builder, great networker both externally and internally. Considered and strategic in your approach to manage mid to long term / time period high value sales process. The Position An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global multinational manufacturer of high value electrically powered capital equipment. After intensive industry recognised manufacturer product training and joint sales calls with top company performers, you will be responsible for bringing on new business in your region. All the accounts you bring on will be yours to manage and you will hold that ongoing relationship allowing you benefit from years’ worth of commission. The Package * £32,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary (everyone starts on this) * Achievable / realistic +£40k OTE uncapped yr 1 * Established top performers earning £70k – £100k * Fast track management framework based on effort + base salary increase to £37k-£40k promotion to Senior Sales Executive (usually 1-2 yrs) * Company vehicle * Mobile * Laptop Experience Required You must have 2 – 10 years product sales experience, ideally selling with a consultative solution sales approach working closely with your clients in satisfying their needs and requirements. Ideally you will be outgoing, positive, a natural rapport builder that relishes meeting and engaging with new contacts and although capable of working on your own is a great teamworker, used to working with other stakeholders in your business to secure the sale but also mutually create growth across the business as a whole.
