Position: Service Manager / Supervisor - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Salary: Up to £65k base salary + £10k bonus, car/van/allowance, 11% pension contribution, Mon – Fri only

The Role:

A leading national mechanical engineering service and maintenance provider seeks a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Manager to supervise their Midlands Team of HVAC service engineers. You will be responsible for running the daily work of the engineers and resolving any advanced technical issues that are elevated to you, specifically around technical fault finding on refrigeration circuits, whether in an actual fridge unit/system or air conditioning unit/system.

Experience Required:

  • Extensive previous hands-on experience servicing refrigerated air conditioning systems
  • Highly capable at fault find and fix
  • F-Gas, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications/certifications and manufacturer training are essential
  • Great teamwork and communication skills

The Company:

This is a long-established company that prides itself on having excellent company morale and career development. The company is one of the largest M&E service and maintenance providers nationally and due to growth of the companies national contracts they are looking to add a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Manager / Supervisor.

The Package:

Initial indications are a base salary from £55,000 to £66,000 + £10k bonus payment broken down quarterly, Monday to Friday and no weekend shift rota. A company car or van or allowance will be provided along with 11% employer pension contribution, private healthcare and dental. Furthermore, 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
