Candidate - Director calibre candidate, managing and developing relationships with National Housebuilders, Energy and Utility providers – national multi £M contracts and framework agreements.
The Position - An exciting opportunity has arisen with a market leading manufacturer of sustainable building heating and cooling technology solutions that is looking for a unique National Account Director. You will already be an advocate in the use of sustainable technology solutions that cut carbon for the built environment, whether commercial or domestic residential building projects. As the face of the company to their National House Builder, Energy and Utility key accounts, you will be fundamental to their continued and unprecedented sales growth.
The Package:
- £75k - £80k Basic Salary
- realistic +£100k OTE uncapped

Experience Required - You must be a senior management level sales candidate coming from a national sales background whether this is non-man management selling nationally and/or managing a team nationally whilst also selling e.g. Sales Manager, Sales Director, National Sales Manager, National Account Manager or 'Head of' etc. Renewable and sustainable heating and cooling technologies are the focus so you must be selling related solutions into the built environment or building services industry, such as HVAC, air conditioning, chillers, central plant (heating or cooling) Combined Heat and Power (CHP), heat networks, heat pumps, controls, ventilation, MVRH and any other product that helps decarbonise buildings. A background of creating impressive sales growth with either national housebuilders or utility / energy providers is essential. An entrepreneurial approach, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced corporate environment is desired.
