Position: Senior Refrigeration AC Service Technician
Salary: £55k base salary, 37hrs + £5k bonus + company car (no weekend rota)
Company: Large National M&E provider with a national team of Refrigeration Service Engineers, HVAC Service Engineers and Air Conditioning Service Engineers.
Location: Milton Keynes and Northampton sites (you must be located in a good commutable distance)
Industry: Commercial HVAC / Air conditioning / Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, VRV / VRF, Chillers, Heat Pumps.
Desired Experience: Level 3 Refrigeration and Air conditioning, FGAS 2079 and hydrocarbons would be an advantage along with Small Commercial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
The Role: A leading national mechanical engineering service provider seeks a Senior Refrigeration AC Service Technician to run their main two static sites in Milton Keynes and Northampton along with site-based Refrigeration Air Conditioning Service Engineers. You will manage the teams giving a higher level of technical oversight on the most complex issues as they arise on site.
Experience Required: Extensive previous hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, particularly refrigeration circuits. Highly capable at fault finding and fixing. F-Gas 2079 CAT 1, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications ideally Level 2 or Level 3 and manufacturer training would be an advantage e.g. VRV / VRF servicing and fault finding. Great teamwork and communication skills are important both from a client-facing perspective and internal regional team cooperation.

The Package: Initial indications are a base salary of £48,000 up to £55,000, 37hrs per week + £5k bonus broken down into quarterly payments and no weekend shift rota. A company car, or van or allowance will be provided along with up to 11% pension contribution, private healthcare and dental. Furthermore, up to 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
