Position – HVAC Technical Service Engineer Company – Established major supplier of commercial HVAC systems offering breakdown fault find and repair. Location – Essex / Greater London Industry – Commercial HVAC / Air conditioning / AC A/C / Refrigeration and Air Conditioning / Chillers / Water Cooled Chillers / Air Cooled Chillers / ASHP / Air Source Heat Pumps, Water to Water Heat Pumps Desired Experience – Air conditioning and/or Chiller service and maintenance engineer, fault find and fix, PPM's. If you have heat pump and/or Chilled Water HVAC and/or Hybrid HVAC experience this will be of great interest. The Role A major supplier of top AC Manufacturers seeks an HVAC Technical Service Engineer to support their commercial customers with their installed HVAC systems. You will be focused on troubleshooting, diagnosing, rectifying, fault finding and fixing on commercial HVAC VRF / VRV air conditioning systems, chillers, heat pumps and controls. Experience Required As this is a technically focused HVAC service position, you must be a highly capable air conditioning service engineer. Ideally you will have extensive service training on the top global AC manufacturer HVAC systems whether blue or red in their logo colour. It will be of great interest if you have used their software checking tools and have training on the latest modern technologies such as chilled water systems, hybrid AC, chillers and heat pumps. The Company They are a large stockist and provider of the leading HVAC manufacturers systems, supplying to installers, contractors and construction companies. They offer technical support within warranty and extended warranty. Furthermore, when FM companies cannot resolve an HVAC issue on site, they offer a technical fault find and fix service for previously supplied systems. This is a company that puts the satisfaction of their customers as primary importance, which in turn has lead to record sales and high customer satisfaction scores. The Package Initial indications are a base salary from £45,000 to £50,000 depending on experience and technical ability for 40 hrs per week. An additional £5,000 company bonus, overtime, company van or a car will be provided along with 14% pension contribution, private healthcare and dental insurance schemes.
