Job Description

Package:\\n\\n * £48,000 to £52,000 base salary depending on qualifications/certifications.\\n\\n * Door 2 Door pay\\n\\n * Overtime – time & half during week\\n\\n * Very local / focused geographic service region – max 40 mins travel / 10 miles distance\\n\\n * No Weekend Rota No Callout Mon – Fri work pattern.\\n\\n * New van\\n\\n * Up to 27 days + bank holidays\\n\\n * 11% Employer Pension Contribution\\n\\n * Private healthcare and dental insurance.\\n\\nJob Role:\\n\\nPPM, warranty, aftercare service and maintenance of the main boiler and ASHP manufacturers. Schefuled and well geographically organised within 40 mins travel time / 7 miles distance. No emergency call out or weekend work.\\n\\nExperience Required:\\n\\n * At least 5 year’s experience on servicing gas boilers and/or air source heat pumps (ASHP).\\n\\n * Minimum level 2 plumbing and heating qualifications, BPEC with G3 unvented.\\n\\n * S & Y plans knowledge.\\n\\n * Good knowledge on heating controls.\\n\\n * It will be an advantage if you have heating electrics qualifications – 17th, 18th Edition, Part P or Part L but not essential.\\n\\n * Any ASHP knowledge, experience or training would be of great benefit.\\n\\n * Good communication skills as you will be working in customers houses and the company is NPS scoored on customer service.\\n\\nThe Company:\\n\\n * One of the largest boiler service companies in the UK, along with ASHP’s now.\\n\\n * They have a large nationwide team of boiler service and ASHP service engineers so that each plumbing and heating service engineer works within a maximum of 40mins travel time of their home, ideally less than 10 miles travel distance.\\n\\n * All their heating service engineers receive the highest level of training, especially on heat pumps as many are already accomplished boiler engineers that are looking to gain thorough certified install, service and maintenance certifications on heat pumps along with ASHP manufacturer training.\\n\\n * The company has increased the number of its engineers by 25% in the last year alone and is looking to increase by 50% next year due to the take up of their new online aftermarket warranty and aftercare packages for plumbing and heating aimed at gas boilers and air source heat pumps from the main manufacturers.
