Company - National HVAC provider, supplying HVAC systems nationally.
Location - Midlands (hybrid role but ideally you will be located anywhere in the Midlands).
Industry - HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Chillers, Air Source Heat Pumps.
Desired Experience - High level of technical experience and qualifications/certifications, ideally as many/much HVAC spanning both cooling and heating e.g. City & Guilds, refrigeration and air conditioning or C&G Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems, F-GAS, G3, C&G plumbing and heating unvented hot water and electrical. Hands-on service experience with AC systems, chillers and heat pumps.
The Role
A leading national HVAC provider seeks an experienced Instructor and Assessor to train clients and their Heating and Air Conditioning engineers. The successful candidate will train their key clients and partners both on site at your own training centre but also off site at client HQ's in the Midlands, on all the main HVAC, air conditioning and air source heat pump manufacturer systems that they provide. This is a unique hybrid role that is office, home and client site based teaching, instructing, assessing and training engineers. Further industry recognised training will be given.
Experience Required
You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing, fault finding and fixing on HVAC systems covering both cooling and heating through air conditioning, refrigeration, chillers and heat pumps. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be advising service engineers from a variety of different backgrounds, and from intermediate to advanced levels of knowledge/experience. Broad HVAC qualifications covering refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump systems along with at least 5 years of experience are expected for this role as you will be overseeing qualified HVAC engineers. People management skills, both teaching, leadership and quality or performance management are desired.

This company now provides an extensive portfolio of the latest energy efficient HVAC systems, from hybrid air conditioning, water cooled chillers, ASHP's, water to water/water source heat pumps.
The Package
Starting base salary is from £48,000 to £55,000 with £4k bonus, however further flexibility is available depending on the experience of the candidate. Also a company car or car allowance, 25 days holiday + bank holiday, increasing after each year of service, private healthcare, pension, dental, mobile, laptop and lunch vouchers.
