At our Irving Street restaurant in London, we’re building a passionate Front of House team to help deliver the relaxed, neighbourhood-style Italian experience Jamie’s Italian is known for.
Whether you’re welcoming guests, serving on the floor, mixing drinks behind the bar, or supporting service as a Busser, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable moments for every guest.

The Roles: As part of our Front of House team, you’ll work together to deliver warm, friendly, and efficient service across the restaurant. Depending on your role, you may:
- Welcome and seat guests as a Host
- Deliver attentive table service as Waiting Staff
- Prepare and serve drinks as a Barperson
- Support the flow of service by clearing and resetting tables as a Busser
No matter the role, you’ll be guest-focused, team-driven, and proud of the experience you help create.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering warm, welcoming hospitality to every guest
- Supporting smooth service flow across the restaurant
- Communicating clearly with teammates and managers
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Sharing menu knowledge and recommendations (role-dependent)
- Preparing and serving food or drinks accurately (role-dependent)
- Supporting your team during busy services
