We’re looking for a skilled and organised Youth Programme Leader (known internally as Programme Coordinator) to join our growing delivery team at Jamie’s Farm Skipton, as we prepare to launch our new residential programme in January 2027.
This varied and rewarding role sits at the heart of our programme delivery. You’ll work directly with young people, helping them take part in the shared routines and activities of farm life, while also coordinating visits with partner schools and organisations from booking through to follow-up. You’ll also plan and lead practical gardening and horticultural sessions that give young people a sense of purpose, achievement and connection.
