This is a hybrid role based in London, the United Kingdom. We are only able to accept applications from those based in the UK or who have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

What you’ll do at Jamf:

  • Collaborates with engineering teams and stakeholders to create and maintain the Product Backlog by continuously defining user stories, prioritizing backlog items, and evaluating scope.
  • Maintains accurate records of development status and backlog priorities in project tracking software (e.g. Jira).
  • Directs and inspires one or more engineering teams to build the most valuable product, in the smallest shippable increments, with measurable high quality, to fulfill Jamf’s vision.
  • Defines acceptance criteria for each assigned product increment and validates outcomes during and after delivery.
  • Works with Product Managers and Engineering team(s) to break down work into increments small enough to plan and estimate with high confidence.
  • Defines Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and suggests metrics for monitoring and usage.
  • Understand the technology stack, architecture, and technical constraints of the product to make informed decisions and guide development efforts.
  • Documents and guides technical integrations and dependencies.
  • Acts as the final decision maker to define what is in and out of scope for a product sprint.
  • Identifies and communicates the risks to their product development plans.
  • Participates in Scrum ceremonies and events.
  • Leads and maintains knowledge in assigned areas of responsibility by frequently communicating with customers and stakeholders in order to serve as the voice of customer for engineering teams.
  • Participates in efforts to improve Product operations, collaborating with Product Managers and Product Leadership.
  • Participate in cross portfolio collaboration to develop, deliver and maintain software in working with senior stakeholders in both product and engineering.
  • Performs other duties as required and completes all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years working with, leading, and motivating teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Product Owner experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering quality products.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience as a member of a complex team, such as distributed/remote or international.
  • Minimum of 3 years delivering product in an Agile development environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years working with the Atlassian software suite.
