As a Procurement Analyst, you will support the Procurement organization in vendor management across the EMEIA and APAC regions, helping streamline contracting processes, negotiate favorable terms, and drive cost savings across multiple departments. This role is offered as a hybrid in London, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor onboarding and assist in the approval process to streamline approvals for stakeholders.
  • Triage procurement requests to ensure timely turnaround and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage marketing agreements, workplace services, and contingent worker services within the EMEIA/APAC regions.
  • Assist departments in purchasing goods and services within budget.
  • Process purchase orders to acquire goods and services.
  • Develop inventive and cost-effective procurement strategies.
  • Keep information accessible by maintaining up-to-date systems and documentation.
  • Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks, including reports.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with internal department leaders and external vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare quarterly vendor reviews, ad hoc reports, and briefings including vendor performance information, financial data, and other metrics.
  • Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the company.
  • Assist the procurement team in reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility, including risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bc. degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields (a combination of relevant experience and education may be considered).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel and Airtable, generating summary reports and pivot tables.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in documentation skills to maintain key information in Confluence/SharePoint.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in reviewing marketing agreements, on‑site and virtual event contracts, workplace services, and contingent worker services and extensions.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in procurement or vendor management.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with financial tools such as Concur, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to provide insights to leaders based on data.
  • Knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracting terms and conditions, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in budget management (budget, forecast, and actuals).
  • Negotiation skills with vendors in purchasing goods, services, and consulting services.
