The Enterprise Business Development Representative plays a critical role in the growth of the company’s enterprise customer base. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new high-value business opportunities within large-scale organizations. He/she prospects into a target list of Enterprise accounts, with the aim of uncovering opportunities to sell Jamf products. He/she will leverage our Channel partners, as well as social media, webinars, events, phone and sales tools such as Groove, in order to build relationships with decision makers and advise on Jamf’s solutions to solve business challenges. The Enterprise BDR will collaborate with Marketing and one or more Key Account Manager(s) to identify target accounts, initiate contact with decision makers, and nurture prospects through early stages of the sales cycle. hybrid, with the expectation to be in the office in London (7-10 Chandos Street. London W1G 9DQ) 3 days per week. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the UK and have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

What you’ll do at Jamf:

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and research target enterprise accounts that align with Jamf’s ideal customer profile. Conduct outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) to initiate conversations with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or demos for Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager team to define target account strategies and optimize prospecting efforts. Provide regular feedback to Marketing on campaign effectiveness and prospect engagement. Work with Salesforce to track and report on activities, lead conversion, and pipeline progression.
  • Relationship Building: Establish credibility and trust with key decision-makers through consultative communication and a deep understanding of the company’s offerings. Maintain long-term engagement with prospects that may not yet be sales-ready, leveraging lead nurturing techniques.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role—ideally with enterprise or B2B SaaS companies (required).
  • Proficiency in English will be required.
  • Proven track record of success in outbound prospecting and lead generation (required).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, Salesforce, and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Groove) (required).
