Acting for lenders, borrowers and sponsors, the practice is regularly instructed on high-profile and technically demanding matters spanning both developed and emerging markets.The team is now seeking a mid to senior-level US-qualified Associate to join its existing group and play a key role in the ongoing delivery of this work.The role will involve advising on the US law aspects of a broad range of financing transactions, including high-yield bonds, liability management exercises and US private placements.
Associates are given meaningful responsibility, with direct client exposure, involvement in transaction management, and the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior Lawyers.
The environment is collaborative and collegiate, with an emphasis on quality, consistency and long-term client relationships rather than short-term growth.Applicants should be admitted in New York and typically have between four and eight years’ post-qualification experience, gained within a strong finance practice.
