The team is now seeking an ambitious Corporate Tax solicitor to advise clients on complex, high-value matters.
Working closely with partners and colleagues, you will take responsibility for matters and where appropriate, lead transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising clients on UK corporate tax matters.
Leading transactions appropriate to your experience.
Managing projects and delivering high-quality work on time.
Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory developments.
Building strong client and colleague relationships.
Taking ownership of your professional development.
You will ideally have:2-6 PQE in Corporate Tax.
Experience from a top-tier law firm or comparable environment. A strong academic background.
Excellent technical, drafting and communication skills. Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills. The ability to manage competing priorities and perform under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.
