This role is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer with strong experience in all aspects of special situations, restructuring and insolvency with a diverse client base.The role:Advise on complex, cross-border restructurings and insolvency matters for a diverse client base, including corporates, lenders, and investors.Work with key financing instruments, such as bank loans, high-yield debt, and intercreditor arrangements.Lead and contribute to multi-jurisdictional restructuring proceedings, drafting and negotiating high-value documentation.Take responsibility on matters, demonstrating strong technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills.You will be England & Wales qualified with 3–5 years PQE in restructuring and Insolvency.

Experienced across a broad range of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy work, with exposure to international matters.
