The practice acts for major institutional investors, developers and global occupiers on some of the largest and most complex real estate deals in the market, including billion-pound sales, large-scale joint ventures and major regeneration schemes.
You'll get a broad transactional caseload spanning investment, development, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and real estate finance, with genuine client contact and the chance to act as lead lawyer where appropriate.
