The team works on the most complex and high value private wealth disputes, focusing principally on trusts disputes with an offshore or international element to them.The suitable candidate will have experience handling high-value trust disputes, as well as a strong academic background.
We are open to candidates currently in a private client litigation team, or potentially in a commercial litigation team with solid trusts litigation experience.We will consider Lawyers at large City, leading West End firms, or tier one national firms.
