The culture is collaborative, supportive and Partner-led, with genuine progression opportunities for ambitious Lawyers who are looking to establish themselves for the long term.The successful candidate will work alongside leading, experienced Partners and other senior and junior Lawyers in a collaborative, supportive environment, with genuine opportunities for progression.This role will involve advising high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees on a wide range of complex private client matters, with a particular emphasis on UK-based work, including:Complex estate administrationWills and succession planningTrust creation, administration and taxationInheritance tax and wider private client tax planningCourt of Protection and related advisory workThe successful candidate will also supervise junior Lawyers, play an active role in developing the practice and, for those interested, have the opportunity to take on wider management responsibilities as part of a clear long-term career path.Candidates at Senior Associate or Legal Director level are encouraged to apply.
