The London office works closely with the market-leading US practice, alongside English, French and German qualified Lawyers, enabling them to deliver seamless cross-border advice on high yield and leveraged loan transactions. This integrated structure has allowed the firm to act on some of the most high-profile Capital Markets deals in the market.
The suitable candidate will be a US qualified Capital Markets Associate, with 2-4 yearsβ post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on Equity Capital Markets. You will advise on complex, cross-border ECM transactions, while working closely with colleagues across DCM, Banking and M&A.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on ECM transactions, including IPOs, placings, rights issues and other equity offerings
- Supporting complex equity financings alongside the DCM, Banking and M&A teams
- Providing guidance on regulatory compliance, governance, and market practice
- Collaborating with cross-border teams to ensure excellent client service throughout transactions.
In addition to having between 2-4 yearsβ post qualification experience, candidates will have a strong academic background.
