A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and well-educated Trade Mark paralegal to join this phenomenally well-respected City firm. This is a permanent, full-time position based in London.
In this role, the successful candidate will primarily be dealing with applications, renewals and oppositions, along with general paralegal and administrative duties, reporting directly to the Partner on the management of the Trade Mark and design prosecution practice in the firm.
Exemplary IT, Organisational and Communicate skills are key to this role, as are superb academics (including a good law degree and LPC).
Applicants must have extensive and relevant Trade Mark experience in order to be considered for this role (minimum 2 years).
Career progression is possible (but not guaranteed) in due course for the right candidate, but candidates must commit to a minimum of 12 months as a paralegal.
