Our client’s team is seeking an England & Wales qualified Lawyer with between 2-3 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded practice, advising on some of the most complex and innovative transactions in the market. This role offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated Tax matters, including:
- Complex cross-border M&A transactions
- Financial restructurings and corporate reorganisations
- Fund formation and secondaries
- Investment and carry structuring

- Financing transactions
- Bespoke tax advisory and planning matters
