Jameson Legal is working with a leading South East law firm with a top-ranked employment, pensions, and immigration team. The firm is seeking a talented Senior Employment Solicitor to join their growing team in Surrey. Hybrid working is offered, with most lawyers spending 2-3 days per week in the office, and part-time arrangements may also be considered.
You will advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including employee relations, restructures, tribunal and court disputes, settlement agreements, and employment support on corporate transactions. You'll also gain exposure to TUPE, immigration, and pensions matters, acting predominantly for employers but occasionally advising senior executives and individuals.
The role offers the chance to work on complex, premium work for a diverse client base, including household names, multinationals, and owner-managed businesses. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, supportive environment while building a high-quality, commercially focused practice. The team encourages solicitors to work across both contentious and non-contentious matters, providing broad exposure and the chance to develop a rounded skill set.
You’ll bring strong technical expertise, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and the confidence to manage client work independently. Experience in corporate transactions, advising directors and senior executives, or business development activity is highly desirable. Team players with commercial awareness, strong academics, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service will thrive in this role.
The firm combines City-quality work with a friendly, inclusive culture and genuine work-life balance. You will benefit from excellent partner access, client exposure, and opportunities to progress within a forward-thinking, people-focused environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join a top South East firm, gain exposure to complex, high-quality work, and develop their career in a collaborative and supportive culture.
