Jameson Legal is working with a leading commercial law firm in the South East with an outstanding reputation for high-quality corporate work. The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join its highly regarded corporate team in Surrey.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of matters, including mid-market M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, restructurings, and general corporate advisory work. Clients include major corporates, private equity-backed businesses, and high-growth companies.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on complex, high-value work in a collaborative and supportive environment, with excellent scope for progression - including a clear pathway to Partnership for high-performing individuals.
You'll bring at least four years' PQE from a recognised City, national, or leading regional firm, with strong technical skills, commercial acumen, and experience running transactions and managing client relationships. You'll also enjoy mentoring junior Lawyers and contributing to business development.
