This established regional firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join its successful Corporate, Commercial & Finance team based on the Hampshire coast. The position is open to those with around 0-3 years’ PQE, although applications from candidates at other levels will also be considered.
The team advises a wide range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and private investors to private equity-backed companies pursuing growth and acquisition strategies. Much of the work centres on transactional matters, but you’ll also gain exposure to corporate reorganisations, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and general corporate governance advice.
You’ll be joining a large, well-structured team that includes several Partners and experienced Associates, offering strong mentoring, a collegiate culture, and excellent opportunities for development. The firm is recognised for the quality of its corporate work and the long-standing relationships it builds with clients across the South.
The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, organised, and confident in handling client matters in a fast-paced environment.
