An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a nationally recognised Private Client team. The firm is seeking a newly qualified solicitor, or someone with up to five years’ post-qualification experience, who has a solid grounding in private client work and is ready to take the next exciting step in their career. Based at the heart of the firm in Worcestershire, this role offers the chance to be part of a revitalised, forward-thinking team committed to building on an already well-established and highly regarded practice. With clear, structured career pathways, the successful candidate will be supported in developing into a future leader within the team.

About the Team: The Private Client team is a key pillar of the business. Many of its lawyers hold Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) qualifications and are members of Solicitors for the Elderly. The team acts for a wide range of clients—from high-net-worth individuals to private family and charitable trusts—and has extensive experience supporting clients with both domestic and international estate planning. Its work includes:

  • Preparing and advising on Wills and trusts
  • Capital tax planning
  • Probate and administration of estates
  • Court of Protection matters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a broad range of matters across the full spectrum of Private Client work
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments within the Private Client arena and contributing to knowledge sharing across the team
  • Building strong internal and external relationships, developing cross-referral opportunities, and actively participating in business development
