Matters are likely to include restructures, business change projects, TUPE, employee relations issues, disciplinary and grievance matters, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, compensation and benefits, equality and diversity initiatives, terminations, Employment Tribunal claims and ACAS matters.

The successful lawyer will be joining a collaborative and experienced team and will be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused advice in a fast-paced environment.

Suitable candidates are likely to demonstrate:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
  • Ideally 8+ years’ PQE specialising in employment law
  • Significant in-house employment law experience gained within a large, complex organisation
  • Strong experience across both advisory and contentious employment matters

  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong drafting and communication abilities
  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
  • Capacity to start a new assignment immediately or at short notice
