We are working with a leading global professional services organisation that is looking to engage an experienced Immigration Consultant for an initial 6-month contract, starting ASAP. Based in London, the role will operate on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in the office.

The successful consultant will join a market-leading business immigration practice, advising external corporate clients and their internationally mobile employees on a broad range of UK immigration matters. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical UK business/corporate immigration knowledge alongside the ability to manage a busy caseload and provide a high standard of client service.

The successful individual will take ownership of case strategies for UK visa applications, provide practical and commercially focused immigration advice, and liaise with the relevant immigration authorities where required. There will also be responsibility for supporting more junior members of the team, including delegating work and reviewing output.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • Notable experience delivering UK business immigration services, ideally within a high-volume corporate immigration environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of the UK business Immigration Rules, relevant legislation and immigration systems
  • Experience developing and managing case strategies for UK visa applications and international moves
  • The ability to provide clear, commercially focused immigration and compliance advice to clients
  • Experience managing a busy workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and client service
  • Confidence supporting and reviewing the work of more junior team members
  • A proactive, methodical and process-driven approach
  • Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills
  • An ability to analyse and interpret data and utilise relevant business systems effectively
  • An interest in using technology and data to improve client experience and operational efficiency would be beneficial

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Immigration Consultant to join a highly regarded professional services environment on an initial 6-month assignment, with exposure to sophisticated business and/or corporate immigration work. Successful candidates should be available immediately or at short notice.
