They are looking for an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer to join the team in London in a hybrid working role. You will be working in a small, collegiate legal team with offices across Europe. As senior legal counsel, you will be expected to manage corporate and commercial matters including:
- M&A
- Commercial contracts such as MSAs
- Licensing
- Framework and distribution arrangements
- Customer/supplier agreements
Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience as a qualified lawyer coming from an international or national law firm with some in-house experience. Successful candidates will also be fully bilingual in English/Spanish.
