A leading offshore law firm is urgently seeking a Finance Administrator to join their collaborative finance team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. You’ll be part of a busy department that underpins the financial operations of their global partnership, working across a broad spectrum of finance functions to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day processes.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations, including bank reconciliations, processing invoices and expenses, and managing online payments. You'll also handle finance-related queries, assist with billing and reporting, and provide support across departments, including property transactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a finance support role, preferably within a professional services environment. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and have a strong eye for detail with a methodical and organised approach to their work.
