Senior Associate, Real Estate - London

Job Description Our client, a leading international law firm, is hiring a senior associate for its London real estate team, ranked top band by Chambers and Tier 1 by Legal 500. The practice advises major institutional investors, developers and global occupiers on headline deals including billion-pound sales, large-scale joint ventures and major regeneration schemes. \n This is a senior, visible role. You'll run significant workstreams and lead matters day to day across investment, development, acquisitions, disposals and real estate finance, while coaching and developing junior lawyers and playing an active part in business development. \n What you'll need: \n \n Significant PQE operating at senior or managing associate level in transactional real estate \n Admission in England & Wales, or qualification elsewhere with recent UK transactional experience \n A track record of supervising and developing junior lawyers \n Good understanding of law firm profitability and cost management \n Strong business development instincts \n \n For a confidential conversation about this role, get in touch with David von Dadelszen at Jameson Legal.
