A top-tier City real estate team is looking to add a mid to senior-level Associate to its award-winning practice. With top rankings in Legal 500 and Chambers, the group is renowned for its work on market-shaping transactions, ranging from major urban regeneration projects to high-value acquisitions and complex joint ventures.
This is a broad transactional role. You’ll be involved across the full real estate deal cycle, from investment and development to corporate occupier work and real estate finance. The team advises an enviable client base, including institutional investors, sovereign funds, and major global developers, often on deals that require close coordination across corporate, finance and land law.
You’ll need at least four years’ solid experience in commercial real estate transactions, be confident handling matters with a degree of autonomy, and bring strong technical and commercial judgement. The team is highly collegiate, with over 40 Associates and more than 10 Partners. While the firm has a history of hiring foreign-qualified lawyers, for this position they’re specifically looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of experience in the London market and, ideally, qualification in England & Wales.
This is a standout opportunity to join a market-leading team working at the very top end of the real estate sector.
