Senior Associate/ Counsel (5+ PQE) Finance, London

Our client is looking to recruit a Senior Associate or Counsel (5+ PQE) for its Finance team in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to advise sponsors, lenders, DFIs, multilaterals and governments on complex project finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance and structured finance transactions across emerging markets.

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)




• 5+ PQE with strong finance transactional experience




• Background in project finance, development finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance or structured finance




• Emerging markets experience advantageous.
