Commercial Litigation, London, 6+ PQE
Are you looking to work on some of the most complex and high-value disputes in the market—against top-tier opponents—with a team which is consistently recognised for its quality, strategy and results? I have instructions on this brand new role with one of my key clients. As an important member of the growing team, you will handle a wide variety of complex commercial disputes, both domestic and international, across courts and arbitral tribunals. The team regularly goes toe-to-toe with Magic Circle, elite US and leading City firms.
You will:
- Manage litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court
- Act as co-counsel on cross-border disputes, including those involving the US and other jurisdictions
- Represent clients in international arbitrations (ICC, LCIA and others)
- Advise on and manage ADR proceedings, including mediation and expert determination
- Work with a high-quality client base, including: international private equity funds, listed and privately held UK/international companies, HNWIs and established investors, SMEs and professional services firms.
You will work across a broad spectrum of high-value, strategically important disputes, including: Shareholder, JV
