The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 Β£ per year.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a growing and well-established property team.
This role offers a rare combination of high-quality residential property work, genuine flexibility and long-term career prospects within a modern and progressive law firm.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases, refinancing transactions, investment properties and complex conveyancing matters for a varied client base.
The quality of work is consistently strong, with a focus on delivering a high level of service and building lasting client relationships.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with approximately 5 years' PQE and above who are confident managing their own caseload and enjoy direct client contact.
Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service will be important.
The firm is particularly interested in speaking with Lawyers who value flexibility in how and where they work.
Various working arrangements can be accommodated and the role may suit candidates currently working in London, the South East or elsewhere in the UK.
