The role will involve advising an impressive range of clients, including national housebuilders and developers, on land acquisitions and strategic site development. The successful candidate will work closely with FTSE-listed clients and regional developers, assisting them in acquiring land for immediate and long-term residential projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience from a well-regarded real estate practice in the UK, with some exposure to residential development matters.
