With a strong presence across the UK and a diverse client portfolio including developers, institutional investors, corporate occupiers and funders, this role offers exceptional quality of work and real opportunity for progression.
You will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team, advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects.
What You'll Be Doing:- Acting for commercial clients on property acquisitions, disposals and asset management.
- Advising landlords and tenants on complex lease negotiations and ongoing management issues.
- Supporting development projects, with the opportunity to gain or build on experience in this area.
- Managing client relationships directly, with a focus on delivering responsive and commercially pragmatic advice.
- Collaborating with colleagues across teams and offices on multi-disciplinary matters.
- Getting involved in business development, marketing initiatives and contributing to the wider growth strategy of the practice.
- UK-qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with around 2+ years' PQE in commercial real estate.
- Solid experience advising on a range of real estate matters, development work is a bonus but not essential.
- Confident working directly with clients and managing matters independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- A commercial outlook and genuine enthusiasm for building client relationships and contributing to business development.
