Job Description

A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, are looking for a Real Estate/Projects paralegal in their London office. The role will focus on general Property work, however our client is specifically looking for candidates with experience of dealing with RPs/private landlords. Experience of dealing with conveyancing issues will also be advantageous.

The role will involve providing advice and assistance to Registered Providers of Social Housing, landowners, investors etc. on a wide range of property matters.

The successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (2:2 and above), and excellent IT and organisational skills.

Our client has a preference for candidates to have at least 1 year of continuous and relevant experience gained from a well-known law firm in a similar role.

After a period of training etc., this role will be performed on a hybrid basis.

Although this role is based in London, our client is happy to see good CVs from candidates based in Yorkshire or the West Midlands.
