The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.
We are currently working closely with a market-leading ALSP that is looking to connect with experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyers with upwards of 5 years' PQE, who will be available for a 12 month assignment with a leading international firm. The assignment is due to start ASAP and will follow a hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week in the office. The assignment can be tied to either the London, Birmingham, Manchester or Cardiff office.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor (England and Wales or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia and/or New Zealand)
- Upwards of 5 years' PQE in handling a full real estate finance caseload
- Excellent private practice experience gained at magic circle, silver circle, US or international firms
- The ability to draft and review LMA Real Estate Finance Facility Agreements
- Experience in negotiating security/ancillary finance documents in respect of real estate finance transactions
- Experience in development finance transactions would be ideal, but not a prerequisite
- Prior experience in supervising more junior lawyers would be highly beneficial
- The ability to lead on transactions
- Notable organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple transactions at the same time and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to start a new role immediately or at short notice
