A leading regional law firm with one of the largest Real Estate teams in the South East is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor as well as a Senior Associate or Partner as part of its continued growth strategy. The team is recognised for delivering City-quality work while maintaining a strong regional presence. It advises on a broad range of commercial property matters, including the acquisition and disposal of individual sites and property portfolios, planning, environmental and construction issues, landlord and tenant work, and associated taxation and finance matters.
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Real Estate team acting across a diverse client base. Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Office, industrial and retail lettings
- Large residential and mixed-use developments
- Investment property transactions
- Secured lending
- Agricultural and rural estates work
- Acting for owners and occupiers, sellers and purchasers, and financial institutions
Candidates do not need experience in all areas listed; applications are welcomed from lawyers with strong foundations in commercial property and a clear interest in developing their practice further. At Senior Associate or Partner level, the firm is particularly interested in individuals with leadership capability, a collaborative approach, and (for Partner candidates) either an existing following or a demonstrable ability to contribute to business development and team growth.
