A highly regarded law firm are seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Real Estate Dispute Resolution team. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of contentious property matters and the chance to work with a respected client base across commercial, residential, and development sectors.
Working as part of a supportive Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, service charge recovery, lease interpretation, enfranchisement, and security of tenure issues.
- Advise both residential and commercial clients, including developers, investors, and property owners.
- Support senior lawyers on complex and high-value cases.
- Contribute to business development activities and client relationship management.
- Ensure all matters are handled efficiently and in line with firm and regulatory standards.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-6 years' PQE.
- Experience in property litigation or general litigation with a property focus.
- Strong understanding of key landlord and tenant legislation.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
