We are instructed by a rated law firm to identify an experienced Senior Associate for a key role within their growing Property Disputes team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded litigator looking to progress within a high-performing, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across a broad range of real estate litigation matters, with a particular focus on commercial property disputes. You will be stepping into a strategic position that not only involves high-quality technical legal work but also carries responsibility for client relationship management, business development, and mentoring junior colleagues. You will have a minimum of 7 years\’ post-qualification experience with proven expertise in commercial real estate litigation, ideally gained at a recognised City or national law firm. This role offers a genuine platform for progression, high-quality work, and the chance to take an active role in the evolution of a successful practice.
