A rare opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate lawyer to join a leading practice in the Channel Islands - offering the chance to enjoy exceptional work, a superb lifestyle, and the benefits of a low-tax environment.
Working alongside some of the island's foremost property lawyers, you will advise on a wide range of commercial property matters as well as contribute to select high-end residential and property finance transactions. With supervision and support where required, you will handle complex, high-value deals from initial instruction through to completion.
The team's client base is broad and high-end, including major investors, developers, lenders, and private clients. Typical work encompasses acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance.
This position will suit a qualified lawyer with ideally between five and twelve years' PQE, or equivalent experience. Previous offshore experience is very welcome but is not required, and applications are welcome from high-calibre lawyers with experience from rated law firms in England. A solid background in commercial property law and a consistent record of professional achievement is essential.
