The Opportunity:
- Work on high-value, international project finance transactions
- Flexible, fully remote consultancy model
- Ability to integrate alongside other professional commitments
- Scope to build longer-term involvement as workflow increases

- Qualified in England & Wales, or other commonwealth jurisdictions such as Australia and/or New Zealand
- 8+ years’ PQE with a strong grounding in project finance
- Proven experience advising on projects across the Gulf region
- Background in a leading international or City law firm
- Confident working independently with strong commercial judgement
- Interest in flexible, consultancy-based legal work
This role is particularly well suited to experienced lawyers seeking to maintain exposure to top-tier international work, while benefiting from greater control over their time and workload. A competitive hourly rate is on offer.
