An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Property Associate to join the highly regarded property team of a leading international law firm with an outstanding reputation for advising high-net-worth individuals, families, landed estates and investors on some of the UK's most prestigious residential property matters. This is a chance to become part of a collaborative and well-established team recognised for delivering exceptional client service across a broad range of premium residential property work.
The team advises a diverse client base, including UK and international private clients, landed estate owners, developers and investors, providing strategic advice on complex transactions and long-term property interests. The work is varied, intellectually engaging and offers exposure to high-value residential acquisitions and disposals, country houses and estates, development opportunities, portfolio management and wider property-related matters.
Associates benefit from working closely with experienced partners and colleagues across multiple practice areas, delivering joined-up advice on matters that often involve tax, private client and commercial considerations. Alongside traditional residential conveyancing, the team advises on the acquisition and management of landed estates, agricultural property, development land, estate management issues and innovative land use projects.
The practice also supports clients with property development, refurbishment projects, appointments of professional advisers, leasing arrangements and broader strategic property matters. This opportunity would suit a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to approximately 3 years' PQE with solid experience gained within a respected residential or private property team.
You will have strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail and enjoy building long-term relationships with clients. The ability to work collaboratively, communicate confidently and take ownership of matters as your experience develops will be equally important.
The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate: Qualified Solicitor in England.
