We are instructed on a new 3-5 PQE Private Equity opportunity with our international City firm client in London. Role highlights: Hands-on deal exposure from day one. Close collaboration with leading Partners in Private Equity. High levels of responsibility on complex, high-value transactions. A genuinely broad mix of work. The chance to develop your expertise in one of the most respected PE teams in London. What the work will involve: You will work on a wide variety of PE transactions – including buy-outs, growth capital, distressed deals, exit strategies (including IPOs) and M&A. You will play a key role throughout the transaction lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and helping to drive deals forwards. What makes this role different: Our client\’s PE team is large enough to handle the most complex deals, but lean enough that you will make a real impact. You will get exposure to a wide range of sectors and deal structures – offering variety and the chance to stand out. Requirements for the role: 3-5 years\’ PQE from a recognised transactional or PE practice (Common Law qualified). Strong experience in M&A and buy-outs. Cross-border deal exposure is a plus.
