Private Client Lawyer - Senior Associate or Counsel

Our client is a leading offshore law firm strategically looking to add a senior private client Lawyer to its Jersey team. The practice is long established and well regarded in the Jersey market. The work is high value and international - trusts, estate and succession planning, and the structures that sit behind them - for private individuals and their families, and for the trustees and professional advisers who act for them. A good deal of the work is cross-border. This is a senior appointment, at Senior Associate or Counsel level depending on experience. You will run your own client relationships, work closely with the Partners and take on a proper role in the team. For the right person there are excellent progression opportunities. You will be England and Wales, or other Commonwealth, qualified with a strong private client and trusts background gained at highly-regarded onshore or offshore firm(s). Prior offshore experience is not needed, depending on the level and status sought. You must have a minimum of six years' PQE.
