Probate Lawyer – File Reviews (Temporary project)
Our client, a London-based top 100 law firm, is looking to engage with a specialist probate lawyer to undertake some file reviews for them on a temporary basis.
The key requirement is outstanding expertise in probate law as the successful individual must be able to review a file and identify anything missing or done incorrectly.
The work can be carried out remotely (within the UK, including evenings and weekends) or in person for a block of days.
The project needs to start as soon as possible and be completed by mid December, and they estimate between 20-35 hours of work in that period.
It is likely that the firm will look to agree a rate per file review, but they are also open to considering an hourly rate.
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
- Upwards of 7 years’ PQE in handling a full range of private client matters, to include probate cases
- Experience gained within highly regarded law firms, ideally city or ranked regional firms
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously
- The ability to start this assignment as soon as possible and have completed the file reviews by mid-December
